Let's reconnect with our all important Pelvic Floor Muscles and rediscover it's Power! Remember you are only as strong as your weakest link, so if that appears to be your pelvic floor muscles then lets get to work and create stronger more supportive muscles that will help us to feel better, move easier and with more confidence! Each week you will have access to a new Pelvic Floor Focussed 30 minute session. Week 1 sees us reconnect with the Pelvic floor, week 2 will see 'more Pelvic Floor' exercises, week 3 will work on 'pelvic floor build' followed by week 4 where we target more strength work, week 5 will bring in more muscles to help build that support network and week 6 will help you unleash the power of the pelvic floor. You will discover exercises, stretches and breathing techniques to help you rebuild and rehabilitate your Pelvic Floor muscles.
